Nice to hear about that game, sounds pretty cool.
But you know what I'd really *love* to see? A Discworld Pen & Paper roleplaying game. Sure there might be some homebrew ones. But a official one? Oh, that would be glorious.
Terry Pratchett and his Discworld is just the best fantasy setting ever.

That could be great fun. Though Roleplay tends to lend itself well to some kind of adventure rather than the comedy of Discworld? Having said that I remember having some hilarious and ridiculous encounters in D&D.

So, does this game smell horrible? :)

yeah, i played the SJG rpg back in the day. Was a bit TOO silly rules wise for me, so we took the setting and just used GURPs with it. Was fun.

My problem with RPGs is that I wonder whether anyone short of Pratchett himself could truly tell a story in his world. I think that it could lose some of its lustre.
The board game keeps the theme much better by constraining you.
@stinkytroll No bad smell I'm afraid.

I bought it on Xmas too... very nice game with a wonderful setting. Really enjoyed the 'HELLO' card.
