For lizards too hehe.
Good thing is i think it will take a long time before being implemented here :)

For Vampires as well.
Posted by Wizfall on 2016-11-26 17:24:42
Sure but in a much lesser extent.
Vamps can easily get xpp,so it's nice to not "waste" it on thralls but not as huge that it is for TG and saurus.

Exactly, Vampires can get SPPs quite easily even without MVPs, so awarding the MVPs to Vampires only on top of the normal SPPs they earn will make them better in less matches (therefore less attrition and more double rolls and stats compared to the number of matches played).

Or here is what will happen. Lets stick with Khemri.
Now you always give your MVP to a TG, good for him. Now your Throw-ra's, Blitz-ra slow down on progression big time. They have to earn every SPP.
Then your skeletons no longer get random 5SPP given to them and now you have skeletons who never skill up. Thus on whole, your Khemri team is much weaker.
I think so many coaches are going to fall into the trap that giving the MVP to your positional players is the value in this. I think that will make your team weaker.
Give the MVPs to the linos so they can get 1spp and get block. Once all your linos have one skill then give the MVP to your positionals.

Lizards, and Vamps are not in the rules as of now.

Yes they are, in the Teams of Legend suppliment.

I don't want SPPs on fodder Skeletons if I can avoid it, I even fired skilled Skeletons to trim my TV both in Box and League.
S access players get better skills than Skeletons, you want Guard and Mighty Blow to hurt stuff and opening gaps.
Thro-Ras skill fast enough by scoring TDs.

Black orcs also celebrate

No more MVP on killed or seriously injured players... THAT is the true benefit of this. \o/
Posted by MattDakka on 2016-11-26 20:43:46
No more MVP on Legend players too.

@Pain
You can wait until the lino gets a case then give him the MVP. Ignoring easy skill ups to stack MVP on positional is dumb but this makes it almost easier to avoid that

Forgot about it but getting a Perfect Larson will be much easier.
I tell you first here : the old school perfect Larson was the real thing, not like this trendy fake new Larson :)

Love it for dwarves, too. Especially early on. Blockers will earn their first Guard/Mighty Blow so much faster. And on a developed team, they can catch up easier (1-2 skills are really only needed).
Isn't that a reason to celebrate? Making dwarves stronger? No? What?!
:-)

howabout, you let the players that can ear spps, earn spps. Then the players that cannot are boosted by the random mvps, making your team much better overall. (if you block los people aren't dying your tars really can thrive!).
Posted by Traul on 2016-11-27 03:26:02
That is also a good thing for long term team management since it makes it easier for rookies to catch up with the rest of the team.

I'd love to see it be randomly among 3 players: 2 chosen by the team's coach, and 1 chosen by the opponent.

It buffs the teams with ST4 GS access low AG dudes the most, I'd say.
