I was utterly diceraped in the first game with this team. No skill, no tactics, just bad dice for me all game save for a "Who gives a shit" long pass and "Won't make any difference" dodge through Tackle Zones. You do that when you are sick and tired of playing a bullshit game that simply isn't fair. Still, I managed not to concede, wasting an hour of my life in the process, and the team play on. Not much so far then to write as a legacy for this team. I hope I don't waste too many hours of my life on crap like I just watched - I can't honestly say I particpated. Game 2: Was up 5-0 vs Ogres, easy to score but hard to stay on the field, when Ogre pulled off *better than elf* multiple TZ dodges to make it 5-1. Happy with cash and result though, crap skills - one guy skilled, that's it :( Game 3: Another Ogre team, this one without rerolls. He didn't need them - mashed my guys into the floor, interecepted the ball (8+ on a D6) twice, and a TTM without rerolls into a TZ tells the story. A win, only a niggle, and a pledge to play no more ogres!!! Game 4: Played Woodies, their armour crumbling at the slightest touch. Made it easy to go 2-0 up, despite gallant opponent trying his hardest to make 4 AG do something. Won 3-1 in the end, not entirely deserved. |
