So based on the Caps in place.

You max that out.

So your baseline TV is 1030

Full roster: 660
5 X Rerolls: 300
Apoth/cheer/AC: 70

So you need 970 TV in skills:

49 X Normal skill ups.

Or combo of doubles/+ stats

So probally around 30 Normal skill ups and the +Stats/Doubles covering the rest.


Very tall order for flings.

If Azure (https://fumbbl.com/p/team?team_id=665796) loads up with 3 more RRs (18) and cheer/assistant (20) he is on 1800. Needs 10 more regular skills, or a combination of skills with doubles/stats/FF.

I think the key to this challenge is found here.

You have to build up slow, get that treasury over 1 million gold.

Once you hit that 1500+ TV range things are going to get really tough. You need that 1+ million gold because in the Box it is TV match making. You are going to run into a lot of 1500+ TV matches were you get no inducement money or giving it out.

You need to look at the team you are matched up against and buy the chef every time you see a team running with 3 or less Rerolls. You need cash for that can last over the long haul.

All it takes is one or two matches in a short period that you lose treemen or those 2 flings who managed to get to 76+ SPP to seriously set you back.

meh

game 1 was much fun vs a fun coach

game 2 sucked balls, vs a silent slow coach who stalled vs 3 flings and fouled every turn. still, we did score vs him when we had 3 flings on the pitch, and with the ball carrier surrounded by 8 mens (-3d blitz, push/push/push, dodge, dodge, run score. stick it!

this is going to be a grind

Hmmm. Prob start with only flings to reduce the cost of the losses of the initial 200 games. Likely crank rerolls to 8 and/or get max cheerleaders+asst. coaches, then fire em all when you're in range of the finish line.
Wrestle on 3 halflings who get LOS duty, then spend the rest of the team denying hits.
Forget about scoring, too expensive.
Use incentives to get more APOs, protect players with stat increases.
Spam Wrestle and PO since they'll keep your flings the healthiest. Can only foul 1 downed target per turn, and once you've wrestled or POd, you can't get blocked or blitzed.
Once you have some safeguards, start scoring.

I am Stoned, but I do not fold the cuff of my Jeans up. W00T! I needed a reason to play Flings again so this is sweet/ awesome. Too bad all of the Lammers out there will be rolling up the cuff of their jeans and entering non Flings to pick on us manly men. Is lammers spelt with 1 M (lamers) or two?

My fling team has had their first match - a 3-0 loss to chaos, no great feats accomplished so far other than mainly a lot of falling down though 1 treeman seriously injured a bm and the other got mvp for looking mean as he took root ;)

spps picked up 7...

MAtch day two lost 2-0 to chorfs after what seemed like the smallest chance of breaking through and drawing 1-1 was denied - however, internet router, the tech savvy treeman levelled up after killing a bull centair - 1 skill done - tv 1020! woohoo :)
