IMO anyone who is a "star" or lower and doesn't play any tier 3 teams (flings/ogres/vamps) probably could use some constructive criticism.

PurpleChest, clawpomb counters clawpombing. He who has the most toys wins, right?

Seriously, most people defeat clawpombing with some of the following strategies:

Use Ag 4 teams, or use regeneration teams, gang foul prone clawpombers, try not leave players in tackle zones, even staying prone when necessary (if you only leave your opponent a blitz each turn, your attrition will be reduced).

The best tactic for a clawpomb counter is to never kick. Always receive the ball. I am still trying to figure out a way to do this both halves....
