Actually, most people don’t get better the more they play, it’s one of the interesting things, people improve until they reach a level where they don’t want to do what is needed to improve further. Which is ok, as there are many more important things in life than getting better.

True that, Harad. I still dont aim for the stars in order to memorize every trick there is, but atleast I try to focus more on winning nowdays instead of just bashing and dashing away and hope for the best. Im more in the area of turning a loss into a tie, and a tie into a win and go for more competetive matches, like major tournaments and stuff. I still have a blast thou :)

I dont know if hunting for % without any other fun aspect is even possible. There is always the sploosh sound. And the yommyommyomm when a troll eats a gobbo. T16 flying TDs. T16 fouls. Live comments on games. Surfs. Awesome competition. SL. Discord. And gang fouls.

Oh I'm not saying you can't improve Bloodfeast :) I am sure you can and you may well be. I just have always found it interesting that most people don't, despite what one would think.

You never know the moment you have improved. You would just realize the proof of improvement later. I am not sure concentrating and tracking win % will make the experience more fun. What i think matters about improving is asking important questions about games regularly, marking crossroads within the game while playing, and reviewing the game afterwards. Not necessarily doing for every game, but if you havent done so in a year, then chances are you havent improved in that year.

I wish I'd quit in Jan 2018 so my overall CR progression made Harad look completely wrong ;)

It doesnt matter if or when I improve, it was just a fun thing to keep track of when I started to do it from around game 500 or so, and it doesnt really matter so it has just become a game of curiosity for me. I will still play more serious in the box and tournaments but more laid back in the league where the fluff is the main thing, and if I have gone as high as I can right now, Im really happy with that :)

Harad is probably right. I was probably at my peak about two years ago - I don't give it the same thought nowadays so I'm probably not as good. I say probably a lot as I haven't given this a lot of thought either - it just resonated and sounds about right.

Ah AD you are one of the few people who genuinely has improved. I think I also have improved, some of it happened pretty quickly but you just have to look at my early replays to see the changes.

Rank: Super Star. CR: 161.
You are probably already close to the point where (for most people) the effort required to get much better isn't worth the reward.
When you can win a fair number of games, beat top coaches from time to time and win the occasional tournament, it is all good.
Most of the numbers don't mean that much in terms of how good you are. They just tell you how much you are winning.
If you mostly play your lizards, you'll get to 50% quicker. If you mostly play those gobbos, it may never happen. ;)
Good players with crap records make the pickers rant. ;)

If I dont get any higher, thats okay for me. The last year of so I have had more fun playing and therefore gotten more focused on the game and how to win, than before. I hope thats whats refelcting on the stats and it is just a fun thing to follow. It is not that I check every 10 matches to see how it is and I will probobly forget it when I come around to game 800, cause I have forgotten about it every time when I got to a even number so I have had to backtrack for every blog lol. So, it is not that serious :)
