Nuffle has been kind last December. Not only did I manage to win my first Minor, but a few weeks later I also won a SMACK for the first time!

After an unsuccesfull raid on the XFL Orcs some time ago, the greenskins of Gilgorod's Tribe subscribed for a SMACK Brawl and ended up winning it. Blessed with no less than 3 ST4 Blitzers and a set of solid Black Orcs the team's shape has never been better. In the first round we met some bomb-throwing High Elves who added a fireball for extra special effects. The Orcs were impressed with the pointy ears' magic, but nevertheless fought their way through. They picked up an elven trick or two which would come in handy during the second game. It was a bizarre match against a solid necromantic team. Lots of dodges and passes on both sides, but eventually the Tribe got the better end of it and continued to the final, facing a very ugly Chaos team indeed. Tons of clawpomp sliced through our armor, but we came in prepared with a 4-player bench. It was still not enough though, and orcs started dropping all around. All there was left to do was copying some elf play Zambor Soarcheeck had remembered from the first game. With Nuffle's blessing he pulled off some incredible tricks three turns in a row, stealing the final touchdown and securing the win against incredible odds. Now I'm sure, Gilgorod's Tribe must have some elven blood flowing through their veins!

Anyhow, it's my first Smack win and even though I had major luck in the final I'm still proud of it!
