Congrats Xeterog
Well done, deserved first round Warpstone Open win.

It's true you make your own luck and you played hard and smart and forced me to roll the dice, and you were the deserving winner.

As for myself:

1. Try and play normally despite it being a major which I am pretty new to. I was very nervous for some reason and the dice didn't help! Definitely didn't play as well as normal, some stupid play.

2. Don't setup like a idiot with two turns to go, thinking about overtime and not expecting dwarfs to two turn td. A better setup, especially with the perfect d, and the dwarfs would have had no chance, or at lease I could have 2d blitzed without a dodge and a gfi.

3. Think about the current turn and current match, not the next possible opponent.

Grrr - The two Dwarf desperation touch downs survived a 2d blitz, first on double skulls on a re-rolled blitz, and 2nd of a failed gfi to get a 2d blitz. First one a lone slayer survived all exposed all alone to score, and the 2nd one a runner survived again alone to receive the turn 16 pass and run in the score.
