I really hate the new concession rule.
I'm sure every coach has played a game where the dice go against them. Where no matter how well thought out the plan, how many rerolls or how many dice block they pull, a rain of 1's spoil the parade.
I used to find this so frustrating that when I felt the dice were against me I would just concede and get outta there.
Believing that discretion is by far the better part of valour.
I'd much rather throw in the towel early to avoid losing the team than spend 90 mins of my life with gritted teeth getting more and more frustrated.
Now (after already having had my account blocked for unnecessary concession) I find myself being forced to play on in these situations.
Often by the time you are now legally entitled to concede, the damage has already been done and to save the team you need to hang on to the bitter end and hope for plenty of cash.
This is the absolute worst thing in fumbbl.
Being forced to play on when you
A. don't want to and
B. aren't having fun,
is just wrong.
It's cruel and unusual and detracts from what is the best game ever.
I understand the reasons behind the new rule, but surely there must be some alternative. If it's to catch the cheats who are trying to gain some advantage why can't it be made more specific.
But if it's for the opponents benefit so he gets to finish a match that he would otherwise get a concession from why do we need it.
Either way I just absolutely hate the new concessions rule.
