FUMBBL Reddit Redux Season 4: Turn 1 Concede Lineup
Good Evening ladies and gents!
Coach Nocternal here with an update on our favorite Skaven team Turn 1 Concede. With the pending start of Reddit Redux Season 4, the ratmen will be back in full force. Unfortunately, our last few game wrap-ups were lost in a fire when the Greyseer/Stenographer "Firefingers" Jackman brought his pet hellhound to work and it ate the typewriter (and Jackman). But after suing the publishing company for the lose of the reports, we replaced our beloved typewriter.
But thats in the past, lets look at the line up for T1C as they get ready for the upcoming season.
-Gutter Runners-
If there is one thing you can say about T1C it's that the Gunners keep the team alive. They have come out of the gate, scoring huge points all season and laying in a few blows as well.
1. Speedy Gonzolves: This Runner was the first scouted for T1C and is still alive and kicking. He is also the Cage Diver of the squad, singling out the ball handlers and ripping it right out of their hands (or with their hands, who cares). With 2 Completions and 6 TDs, Speedy is tied in the TD race with our next Runner.
2. Run For It Ratman: Ratman is the fastest thing on two legs, able to clear an entire half pitch in one sprint. He is the ball receiver of the team after picking up the catch skill. He also has a good throwing game, with 3 completions and 6 TDs. Ratman is the most experienced of the team, with 33 SPP.
3. Sneaky Hefner: The heart and soul of the Runner squad, Hef leads the pack with 1 Interception and ties Wassa Balla with a single Casualty. He, however, only has 4 TDs to his name. We are looking for more out of the Hef but he will be missing the first game of the season as he continues to recover from the broken ribs he received from last season.
4. Wassa Balla: Wassa is the newest of the Runners, hired on mid-season. As you would suspect, Wassa is lagging behind in total TDs and yards run but he has put in a lot of effort last season. We are looking forward to some big plays as he tries to catch up to the more experienced Runners.
-Thrower-
5. Hand-E Off: A new thrower that was added to the team after the unfortunate demise of Tosser McGuillacuty. Hand-E has some big shoes to fill and so far hasn't lived up to expectations with only 1 completion in the last 2 games of the season. Im sure he will pick up the slack going forward.
-Blitzers-
6. Backstabber Harvey: Harvey is the most killing-est rat on the team with a staggering 6 casualties to his name. He is a rat who doesn't shy away from breaking some bones. Watch out for him this season. Harvey will be looking for more blood, and thats a guarantee.
7. Hamstinger McGee: McGee is the big-guy breaker of the team. Those horns of his bash Ogres and Trolls alike. He is lagging behind Harvey when it comes to pure death and destruction but he will put anyone on their arse given the chance. Hopefully, he can pick up some much needed casualties in the upcoming games and get a new skill.
-Line Rats-
8: Ima Injured: Ima was one of the backup line rats brought on to fill out the bench, but deaths and injuries brought him out onto the field full-time. The games have not been kind to Ima and he picked up a bad niggling injury early on and it has been plaguing him ever since. He got his leg broken last game and will continue to heal for the first week of the season.
9: Hitme Inthaface: Hitme was another replacement brought into the limelight after the deaths mounted in the last season. But he picked up a nifty kick skill and that keeps in relatively safe. That and the broken hip he received in one of his first few games. We are keeping an eye on Hitme and so has the team Apothecary. Word is that he may be cut from the team when the winnings from the next few games comes in. That has got to be motivating.
10: Outch Tehhert: One of the newest Line rats to T1C and that shows on his stats sheet. He has no stats whatsoever after the 4 games he played last season. Thats all really...
11: Taek Mi-Dowen: Taek is one of the newer line rats but has proven himself time and time again. He picked up a casualty and was voted MVP to pick up the block skill. He, however, got a nasty concussion and complains of headaches and seeing double all the time. Word is that Coach Nocternal puts him on the line and hopes that he gets pummeled so he wont complain about his head for a while. Taek also wears a black stripe on his helmet to remember his teammate Snubnose Phil, who died tragically in the last game of the season.
Thats the Turn 1 Concede line up folks. Hope you get to see them play in the upcoming season. And remember to tune into Cabalvision Channel 7 for all the upcoming games in the upcoming Reddit Redux season.
