Just had a pointless game - I mean I only got 5 SPP with my team. Amazingly enough I rolled like a young god swimming in ambrosia in the first half, at least according to the Luck-o-metre. I was doing swell with two exceptions: a) could not get the ball and my opponent manage to stall me all the way to turn 8 and my woodies were then denied the one turner by perfect defense.
I started the 2nd half ok I thought but then I made ONE FATAL error that cost me the game: I got the ref but I forgot half through my turn what that meant....

so I surrounded his downed guard ogre, then ran after the ball and failed my elvish ball handling skills.....
all I had to was foul him and move along with my other players....

but I did not....

and he then surrounded my remaining woodies (all 8 that were wanting to show love to the ogre) and the game pettered away...

but it was fun, I did of course rant about MY stupidity and so but that is part of the game....

so if you want a game against a daft idiot - I am your man
