Bad luck strikes at the end. 4 starting blocks, 4 double Skulls. Zero turns played.
So, I had a very enjoyable game today against a marauder exclusive team. The game went very well, and I was winning, a lot of good rolls for the most part.

In the second half, on turn 4, after my luck suddenly turned back. I got a lucky extra turn on defense at the start of the drive. The ball came in pretty close to some sauri and Skink. Only one Marauder in the way. I blitz Double skulls and turn ends. The next turn, I have time to steal the ball back. My first block. Double Skulls. End of turn. He has it on my half, it is the seventh turn, and I have one chance to stop him. First block... you guessed it, double skulls.

My final turn started and ended with yet another double skulls. What bad luck.
Anyway, take a look for yourself.

It's not bad luck when it costs you neither match nor players. Just low dice.

Amen to that, Fela. Save the whiny blogs for when you've lost multiple games in a row and have had to field 5-6 jouneymen because you just got done with a quadruple funeral.

Skulls like this are known as the "Skull Keg Party" to my Norse - and we love them! More time to drink!! :D

I don't think he's really whining. Just pointing out a bit of an anomaly. I watched the replay and those lizards obviously stopped playing there at the end. Secure in their victory.

Though I loved how despite not being able to do anything standing up the lizards still managed a casualty in the last turn.

(also most of the rolls weren't doubleskulls but doubleskullpows)

I want to point out that I had an ENJOYABLE GAME! THE GAME WENT VERY WELL. These are all statements that I made.
Like Shinan was nice enough to point out, it was random bad luck at the end of the game.
The double skulls made the game much more memorable, and my opponent was a lot of fun to talk to.
Anyway, thanks everyone who understood that I just wanted to point out the oddity of it.
