The Redcaps, named after their caps, colored by the blood of their opponents come to the blood bowl league with philosophy of always having a few friends along.
Quick to anger and pull weapons, Redcaps realize they are on the small side for blood bowl, but make up for it by tricking trolls to play for them and carrying knives.
As their coach always told them "You wanna know how to win bloodbowl? They roll a block, you roll a stab. He sends one of yours to the ground, you send one of his to the casualty box. That's the Redcap way! And that's how you win bloodbowl. Now do you want to do that? Are you ready to do that? I'm offering you a deal. Do you want this deal?"
So, with this philosophy in mind, I present the Redcaps!
0-16 Redcaps - 7/1/3/5 - Dodge, Stunty, Right Stuff, Titchy, Stab - A/GSP - 40K.
0-6 Trolls - 4/5/1/9 - Always Hungry, Mighty Blow, Really Stupid, Regeneration, Throw Team-Mate - S/GAP
Rerolls - 70K
Redcaps are you ball handlers, since trolls are stupid and have an agility of 1. They are fast moving Snotlings that replace side step with stab. This means they are even more vulnerable to hits then the snotlings are. On the other hand, with 7 movement, they might be able to out run many of the opponents out there. Those they can't outrun will face they stab, although you can bet that if the stab fails, the Redcap will go down the next turn.
They are also your troll wranglers, since you want to keep one near your trolls at all times. It might be best to keep your trolls in groups of 2-3 so that you don't have to set too many Redcaps to wrangle the trolls.
Trolls will be your wall, if they move. The box will be slow moving, since you can never be sure when a troll won't act.
On Offense, the Redcaps will have to rely on Trolls to form their box. The one turn touch down is hard to do, since trolls are hungry all the time and have only an agility of 1. Your best bet is to punch a hole through the line and send a redcap running for the end zone. A similar technique is used by the lizardmen. Luckily, with Titchy, the Redcaps have an easier time of getting through the opponents line, just don't expect them survive if they get hit.
On Defense, you may have some trouble. The trolls are hardly reliable, and Titchy players have poor zones of control. On the plus side, if you can make it into the opponents end zone, stab works regardless of how many players are around. Just get them next to the ball carrier and see all the fun that can happen.
