This is not very uncommon and isolated episode lately. It really needs something done and thats something that all do agree on with no doubt.

Why did this happen? Fumbbl has staff of nine volunteers on different timezones. Today was a day when it seems I was only one visiting online. Why didnt I help this person? I made selfish decision that wehen I was taking break from my real paying work, I helped other people and sorted few support tickets from other people than helping this person with this kind of attitude. It might not be very nicely done, but I take it that as volunteering spending my break to help people, I have somekinda right to decide who I help. If I had not been online it would have been same for this person.

When I was sitting on train on my way to home from work I thought about today in fumbbl and realized there is deeper problem that causes people to moan about poor service in fumbbl - we offer way much service. Go to Blizzard websites support section, can you see online chat with customer services? No, you dont, all there is documentation for you to browse through to search solution yourself and email form for you to fill. Now Im not sure how fast you get reply from their ticket system, but I bet it can be days, even with people who get paid to answer to these tickets.

Fumbbl should get rid of open #fumbbladmin channel where you can come to seek answers and solutions.

Yes, you did read right. Theres some points why it should be done:
1) We already have pretty good help section on site where solution for many problems can be found if youre forced to actually search for it yourself instead sitting in admin channel waiting for someone to paste you direct link to solution.
2) Many times when players have problems, it would be much faster to ask in main channel where usually is more people and players who have themselves had similar issues.
3) People do get frustrated when there is live channel without help when they need it.

My suggestion is closing up the live support and moving to support tickets and makin help section cover more questions.
