I just would to like to take this moment to thank somebody behind the "enemy lines" while you think this site is ran by angie and christer.

Both of mentioned have done unbelievably more work that most of the vocal people somehow demanding changes in this site.

There still is one person that has beein doing lots of the work behing the curtain for most amd Im feeling bad if he does not get any credit, so here it goes. In the eye of the storm Longshanks has been the one that has been dealing lots of the support issues. And he is to thank for the still running pretty smoothly.

Not so surprisingly Im one of the staff members who got really tired about current attitude of the some coaches in fumbbl. Not that loing ago when I resigned from beein stunty admin I actually asked to be removed from any admin duties in Fumbbl. After some serious talk with some of the current staff members I thou decided to stay among the crew because of my experience in this site and it issues that might help future crew in learning to sort issues with site and client.

For me its always been strugle beetween how much time I give running this site and helping people and how much I do enjoy beeing part of the site. The problem for me is nowadays that I used to love bloodbowl, Im still 15th in the coach list for most games. And believe it or not, I was once Finnish Champion according to NAF finnish open tournaments (ok, I also ran almost half of them...) and nowadays when I log into chat I have plenty of people needing some kinda assistance or sorting their situation and that means lot less time to actually play the game.

Now again dont get me wrong in here, I really would love to see more staff to handle this site, BUT when I see threads with people volunteering to admin this site and I go to their coach page and find out thet themselves have been blocked more than ten times for breaking the simplies rules on this site (most of them beein abusive behavior against other coaches) I just cant accept it. Also theres been more than few coaches gives responsibility to run things who have disapeared pretty soon after.... (can you say emphasy and smack admin?)

Also theres been lots of talk agains certain member of staff and his/her influence in some previous staff members to quiting.... As insider I have to say it more looks like its excuse. Please do the math yourselfs for once and watch how many people has been given more responsibility in this site and how long it took for them to think this is not for them and they more or less stopped beein staff or member of site.... Again I have to say couple things in personal point, as this is whats blogs for... I never thought Malthor would make good staff member and I was proven plain wrong, He was one of the persons that contibuted most in the background and helped to build this site to what it is now, Its bit shame that all of his ideas are not implemented now. And in this section I would also like to thank several not-so-loud-in-forum members of this community who have pm'd me in person and beein worried how long staff can stand ppl like some....

One of the things I feel bad about also is some of the site improvents that christer had no time to improve. Mainly the whole league / unranked thing.... Im prolly gonna get some flame from him for saying this but I know the plans.... Unfortunately or not he also has real life and work thats close to his contributes in here so I really cant blame the guy for not spending his spare time coding the same stuff that he does for work for this site,,,,,

And for last... have you noticed how little C-man has replyed to "demands" some of the most vocal members of this site have put out... If I was C-man, I could have thought about closing the site a and making it invite-only.... I might be only one who has thought about it, but....
