Doesn't really sound like reverse picking to me.

That's more like it...

It's going to all be alright in the end.
And if it isn't alright then it isn't the end yet

Now you've got me thinking of player names:
"Love The Show" Steve, Clergy Corner...

It’s easy to get too worried about this sort of thing.
Ultimately, you’re here to enjoy playing Blood Bowl. If you choose to play in the Ranked division and the game on offer is a fair game but the opponent is a rookie, there is a world of difference between accepting that and turning down a series of fair games of Blood Bowl awaiting a rookie. And even if you do that, ultimately it’s your look out and you might well question those lost hours eventually.
Someone looking to run down how well you’ve been doing or the quality of your opposition will always find a way of doing so. They don’t matter - you having fun matters. No need to feel a bit guilty if there’s no need to feel a bit guilty, y’know?

@jdmickleburgh - once I thought of the theme, I couldn't stop!
I guess I want to play against a variety of races and experience of coaches, and probably over-thinking it :)

Just play in the Box and let the scheduler choose the matches. :D

Well yes, but my cool team is in Ranked :)

You can have a cooler team in the Box. :P

Reverse picking? Only in the title.

Reverse picking would be to only accept Dwarf and CD games against experienced coaches.

Ranked is full of new coaches and pickers, plus a few fun souls who make the difference. Getting a game against yourself would be great for a new coach in the context of that - experienced and helpful coach who can signpost learning materials.
New coaches don't need to win, they want to have fun. So if you are new, play sann's zons, lose, have fun, and fire up the gf again.

Zons are EVIL! but sann is a great fun opponent, so it evens out ;)

My suggestion with Zons would be to remove the TV filter and challenge the highest TV teams on the match finder. You may not be challenging Dwarfs but you should get a few with a couple of tacklers. You may even get more takers on the match. Once you are playing against teams with some tacklers, the Blodge is not as powerful and the matchups are more equitable.

Ah, didn't realised you could remove it, will have a look. Thanks all!
