High Elves in the Box? What??
Lately I've noticed a positive trend in the Box: more elf teams. Not only are there more generally, but they have been tearing up the Blackbox Sprint, unseating the formerly dominant Chaos/CD/Nurgle teams. The most successful have been Dark and Wood Elves, but I'm happy to see that a number of coaches are playing High Elves. Ignaz's stat-monsters in Great Charlotten, SvenS's Cynwall Sidesteppers, and Nightbreed's Whitemoon Wyverns have all been rocking things in the full Sprint and there are a lot of teams in the junior. Last cycle the Minor Prophets won the High Elf sprint after playing only 4 games, so at least this time it looks like there will be some tough competition. Rock on, High Elf coaches!
Oh, and one last thing: there have only ever been THREE High Elf Box legends. That's insane. Any coaches up to the challenge of unseating Haggai from the #2 spot, or trying to wrest the top spot away from Laeranu?

Love to see any kind elves in the Box.
nice to see some diversity, chaos dwarfs every other game can be a bit exhausting, when u play elves.

Tch. You should know that when the Lanterns are Major ready, Laeranu intends to extend his lead as the top High Elf, and delve further into the all-time top 25 passing charts. There's some cursed beastman approaching him in the passing charts, and we can't have a beastman as the top thrower in the Box.

@Hitonagashi: guess that means Haggai doesn't have any time to waste in overtaking him :) Also, what the heck is a beastman doing on the passing charts? Definitely needs to be an elf at #1!
@Lundgren: yeah, Pro Elves might be even less-represented than High, but at least Dolls won a [B] Major and won 'em some cred.

Yes, I also noticed that there are more elf teams, but not many enough. But I understand the fact. Most of my box games I play with mit woodies and it hurts every game... My legend Wardancer Legolas is victim of many, many blocks or fouls. But he is a survivor. (Till now... Last game he got -AV :-( )

I am playing elves in the box and having a blast with them. So far I have 23 games as elf over the last month. Also I have 580K in the treasury lol. My goal is to have one of my players be the fifth Legend Elf in the box. I also want my throwers to be the top active thrower stars in the box which I think they can do since they are halfway there :)
My woodies are playing brawls. Three of them are currently in the top list for active SPP including the highest SPP tree.
