Have you ever thought dang amazons are too good? Or, why cant my goblins be just a bit better?

I am attempting to rebalance the rosters. I'm using my roster tiers thread as the basis for this work. The goal is to give nerfs to the rosters I classify as tier 0 and tier 0.5, minor buffs to tier 2 and tier 2.5, and significant buffs to tier 3 and tier 3.5. However, I'm trying to be consistent with the changes (for instance, changing the price of an ogre, changes it for all teams that use ogres), so there will be (hopefully very minor) changes to the tier 1 and 1.5 teams at well.

All changes must be implementable on the site.

In addition, I'm including slann and simyin in my changes, as they are used in the leagues I participate in.
