In an as brutal as legendary match that saw him scoring five touchdowns, Stick Steve became the best Goblin team player alive - as one of only two non-trolls in the top ten of greatest Goblin stars.
Now he is the best Goblin team player of all times. He managed to do so in a violent week that saw the death of both Groucho and Bonzo II, the two troll pillars of the team.

After 148 games managing to stay somewhat healthy on the pitch, Steve was finally hit by a devastating blow in a match against some evil Chaos warriors. He never recovered from that. Ironically, there had been two apothecaries close by that were busy treating the trolls for minor injuries.
Still impacted by the hit, another injury caused by reckless fouling quickly added to that. Clearly, Steve's long and successful career was starting to ask for its tribute. It finally ended how everyone thought it would: with a vicious hit performed by a mightily blowing Orc Blitzer.
