With a nice opponent, every match is won
I just played one of the most entertaining matches I had.
Big thanks go to forrest_gump for that.
I noticed that if you are playing an opponent who is enjoying to play the game, offers a good talk and you can make fun of what goes wrong in the match the result is not of much importance (sure you won't forget about it completly).
But even loosing a player didn't matter. Also bad dice rolls "just happened". But they were fun. Loosing the match in the end due to partially bad rolls, partially my incompetence didn't matter. I had one of the best and most entertaining matches despite loosing it.
I hope that I will meet more coaches who will be a bit more talkative and have fun playing a game and not seeing it too serious.
That's what I hope I have learned from the match, that it is all in all just a game and to have fun :)

I completely agree. I've only gotten to play one match against Forrest_Gump, but he was a great opponent. Lots of laughs, horrible dice on both sides, and a great match overall.

Forrest_Gump is one of a handful of players I just love playing. Not only is he a lot of fun but he is a great coach too. That combination usually makes for the best games.

I second that, I rather they laughed off a death or a conceded TD, rather than have a hissy fit and try there hardest to ablitirate my team (failing in the process, which too, is funny). Just take it all in good spirit, your time will come hehe. Must play Forrest_Gump at some point though, he sounds like my kind of player.
