Just be glad it wasn't the old pitch invasion rules. One had two players die, 1 si'd, 1 bh's and 2 ko'd. those were the good old days..

In the best edition of this game, 3rd, I had a TT team that had 39 fan factor. The closest team to me had 12 fan factor. I won every pitch invasion, every get the ref, every other thing you could imagine. I saw more than once that 6 guys would leave the pitch on a pitch invasion, and in those days, the only time you could put 11 guys on the field was the opening kick off (sometimes not even then).

This game has nerfed and renerfed because of people complaining about unfairness. Good, knee slapping, hilarious, unfairness. I just wish for 1 day, this site would revert to 3rd edition rules. I don't think anybody would complain again about the current rule set and claw bombing.

Used to be that piling on was +st to the armor roll and you could use rerolls on armor or injury, and MB was +1 to both armor and injury rolls. NOW THAT WAS A POMB!!! We didn't need aging because nobody ever got more than two skills before they were kicked to death. Ahh, the good old days.

Had a pitch invasion in a recent match where I had the FAME advantage. My opponent had 2 players stunned on rolls of 5+.

I had EIGHT players stunned needing 6s!! O_o

I do believe that cost me the match as well.

Yeah, Sig, I've had similar experiences where I had FAME advantage but lost more players to pitch invasion. I have to wonder: what kind of fans would storm the pitch and hurt their own team?
