Depends a bit on the environment you are going to play them in. From a strict efficiency perspective I would tend towards retirement. But maybe the team is worth keeping for fluff reasons? They are certainly not beyond rebuildable.

OLC is a good open league.
You should be able to get plenty of games there, if you choose to rebuild.

All elves must die!

Do both, rebuild them over time in an environment like BillBrasky suggests, and start a new team also, but probably in R, where game finding is a little easier.

retire,... there's nothing overly special about any of your players. the -AV guard catcher is your best player and will likely die in the rebuilding process. starting a new team would take half as many games and would yield a better team. also,... dude,... that logo has to go. it's a word that kryten won't let me say.

I already have elf teams in both ranked and box. No need for new. I guess i join olc ffa when it starts.

Totally keep them - you've got 2 really good developed players plus a decent thrower - you're merely 1 blitzer down as ar as I can see.
Pro Lineelfs are just a fleshshield for the positionals anyway - doesn't really matter whether they are loners or regulars.
I'd probably be tempted to retire the AV 6 catcher though.
This journeymen stuff is really one of the huge upsides of CRP - nowadays there's rarely any reason to retire a complete team.
