Lumbago
So, I was getting ready to mow the lawn. I put the cap and jacket on (yes, it's still quite chilly here), and when I put the second shoe on it happened...

Bam!

The worst pain i've felt ever (i think)... I just screamed, couldn't lift my feet. First instinkt was to sit down, bad choice couldn't get up.
After a while my wife helped me to get up and stretch out my spine.

With a handful of painkillers i could sleep at least until ~5 am before i started to cramp.

Today i've been to the kiropraktor and feel a lot better, but still have pain sitting and lying down.

So, be careful putting your shoes on ;)

I can't speak to the chiropractic care in your country, but I've had positive experiences with a good chiropractor here in the US. Do some research if you are concerned. And follow up with your regular doctor as well.

At least the apothecary got you up and moving again.
