Rugby union gives me the Blood Bowl shakes...
I know that the similarities between Rugby Union and Blood Bowl are few and far between (though there are some wingers who I swear MUST have the stunty rule for how effectively they manage to slip through tackles...), but watching Rugby Union gets me in such a Blood Bowl mood!
I sometimes wonder if a Blood Bowl version of rugby would work, but I seriously doubt that such a thing would work without a game designing mind far superior to mine...
In terms of Blood Bowl I'd really like to get some more games with my Wood Elves, but it seems their TR is getting almost too high to play against my two regular opponents. Such a shame because I love how ridiculously long some of the player bios are now becoming.
It is fun sometimes to think which Blood Bowl side particular rugby clubs or international sides would be. It'd be great to find enough people to do a replica Guinness Premiership or something similar...

You could do this quite easily.
Just start a rule that no one can pass forward and you can only tackle the man holding the ball or a man adjacent to him.

Hmm I once saw a Human Rugby team in White dwarf. Imperial or Brettonian. They all had dump off and attacked as a backline.

I think you're right about getting rid of the Wardancer, I've been considering it since he aged. I'll do it now. It leaves a bit of a gap in the squad, but should make games interesting.
