Not long ago I wrote a blog entry (see below) titled "When Winning Feels Like Losing" about my Lizardmen team that won the first round of a KO tourney but suffered a tonne of casualties in the process, leaving them with 6 players to field for the next match.

Well I thought the next game was going to be a cakewalk for my opponent as I only had a Krox, 2 Sauri and 3 skinks. I managed to freeboot another skink, and then the miracle happened....they won the next match!!!

Despite starting 5 men down, the Chiefs were able to whittle the rats' numbers down and pull off a 3-2 win in OT. The 2 Sauri combined for 7 casualties and the Rats couldn't get any knockdowns on ball carrying skinks. On the last drive of OT, the Rats could only field 3 players while the Chiefs had 5. Truly a gutsy effort and an impressive win.
