if we applied with a team but would like to play one more game in ranked/box, can we do so if we make sur ethe team is "ready to play" before 22:00?

As long as you are ready to play by the time the draw happens you are fine.

Also remember that the team has to be Ready (Green R). Any team in the Post Match sequence will be booted.

Not wishing to sound like I am overruling the boss... but if you go with the idea that your team is ready by 22:00 server time then there will be no "misunderstanding" that you took "1 last game" and missed the draw etc, this is as frustrating to the admins as it is to you coaches, believe me as I have had to calm people down due the misconception that because a draw does not immediately appear finished at 22:00 it doesn't mean we have not started the stringent process we go through to maintain the highest tournament standards we all appreciate.
