Any Black Box team can apply to one of the following qualifier groups.

Khorne
Tzeentch
Nurgle
Slaanesh

Prizes

Dynamic gold
Bonus MVP
Mutation specified by your qualifier group
Either 1 or 2 random mutations, depending whether they got to the finals as a 'Champion' or 'Favoured'

Every qualifier gives a different type of mutation as reward!
You can read about the details in the respective groups.

To get the reward, you need to win the main event though. ;-)

Note that this can affect number of applicants and thus chances of entry and difficulty of matchups.

Higher TV teams make it in. The highest 4, 8, or 16 in TV (randomly) are in one tournament, and then the next highest 16 are in the other tournament for each qualifier group, with some not full if 16+16.

Mutations are Claw, Extra Arms, Disturbing Presence, and Prehensile Tail, plus a random one on a random player.

Note, previous winners there is a couple years out of date, and Brainsaw's Shambling Undead are the current champs. :)
