3 bribes is a definite yes.
Looking at your goblins, you only have 11 players - you need more, else you'll be losing players quickly because of Secret Weapon.
I'd go with Fungus and Nobbla - extra weapons are always fun :-) - and then merc in a couple of trolls (or 3 goblins, possibly with a skill or 2). I think that would then give you 50k left for a card or babe.

Bribes: 150
Wiz: 150

Means not enough left for Morg, so:
Fungus: 80
Ripper: 270

This looks to be a massively one sided match up. I can't really give you much chance what ever you do. I think you need people.

Either go goblin stars + bribes or Morg and Ripper.
