You are correct, though I would guess it is a mistake. also nurgle has 2 heads atm which seems wrong, that would be more suited in Slaanesh or Tzeentch. While Tentacles fits for nurgle.

I would probably go -

Nurgle - Tents or FA + DP (as one skill)
Slaanesh - Prehensile Tail
Tzeentch - Big Hand or Two Heads
Khorne - Horns

Lies! PC never makes errors. Ever! I'm sure these are the correct prizes, even though they were completely different last year and the WoC has never had duplicate prizes ;)
