Why are you apologizing?
You knew perfectly well what you've been doing!
Apart from that... blah blah... (lecture end)
^^
Grats on the win!

Read my blog. Saying sorry is not silly.

well, I agree with you Zombie69, but for some reason I found it a bit ridiculous saying sorry when you gang-foul with five elveseses.
I would normally let it pass and chuckle inwardly at it, but I had briefly turned into Grumplestiltskin

I find it nice that people is able to apologize when they get cold, to say so. I mean i prefer people not getting so mean for a start, but apologizing later on is nice, too.

Im not much of a fouler, id rather people didnt unless they were losing heavily and then its all in the spirit of the match. Im quite new so ive not played lots and lots of games, I was lucky enough to get my 1st fumbbl game against kryten, he talked me through the first game setup, chatted about IRC all sorts. He fielded 2 catchers and 9 linemen i think and I was rubbing my hands together thinking i was going to have an easy victory. To say he taught me a lesson or 2 in proper blood bowl, whilst being courtesous entertaining polite and downright nice, would be an understatement, Id like to think I learned a lot in that match, which I was very lucky to win indeed, and a few random inuries made that very lucky win even more lucky. I think I killed one of his players and my first reaction was to say sorry. He laughed it off saying never say sorry.
3 games later i had 3 bruised and battered teams i think, much fouling against me, people i wanted to play saying no, the people who would play me making me wince. Ive had a guy foul me what seemed like every turn saying he needed to kill one of my players so he could get a dark elf zombie. I still dont like fouling but from then on I let how an opponent plays determine how i play in the foul stakes. If he fouls me quite often ill start fouling just so they dont think they can foul all game and i wont. My last game was my best game so far, against dwarves, I thought I was gonna lose after scoring a 2 turn TD and watching a slow dwarven grind for 6 turns and then kicking to him 2nd half. The slow advance started and 3 or 4 turns in i got lucky and the ball bobbled free. My thrower ran towards the end zone far away from any dwarf with 3 turns left on the clock and pretty much the game was mine. another foul went in on my players i think and so i made what blocks i could for hopefully a couple more spp's, and then finally on turn 7, after a really good game and a tough opponent i thought i was gonna lose too I fouled his runner just cause, after he fouled me a few times as icing. My icing was killing the runner in turn 7 to take my RIPs to 2, casulaties to 4 and the game 2-1 to me. I didnt apologise, cause I meant the last one, I didnt foul first and i didnt foul second. I fouled last. And I was lucky.
next time I kill somone from a block or foul, ill say sorry, cause really all i want is 2spp's and ur player off the pitch for my match. But if i get fouled a few times in what I percieve bad spirit ill foul block bite kick and smash and not say sorry.
I reckon if id done a 5 man foul in the game u described id say sorry too. But i wouldnt trade you the 2 spp's for whatever.
