Same blog, different title. This is the second call for applicants to the Grindball tournament, the Cabalvision Amateur Shield.
Following the success of their Cabalvision deal and last year's inaugural tournament, the Tilean Grind Committee have sanctioned the second seasonal CAS tournament!

The Cabalvision Amateur Shield will be open to any team created under the Grindball rules and having played less than 10 games. Any new teams wishing to enter for this competition only need to register with the Grindball Amateurs Foundation and follow all the appropriate legalities for forming a team (as listed in the Rules section of the Grind group page). The format will be a straight KO for 8+ teams.

For those unfamiliar with Grind, some rules include:
- Only fielding 8 players, with a compulsory 3 reserves
- No Re-rolls for the opening 10 games (minimum)
- No inducements available
- Restrictions on skill picks according to the Skill Table.
It created a really unique environment to compete in!
