Moar BlackBox...
...games than Ranked games played, finally.
Time to write a blog.

Ever since the Box started, I departed Ranked to play there, but since I've taken several months out every year, it has taken a while for the numbers to close. But those have been great times indeed.

I know, League is best, but those breacks I take prevent me from joining long term tournaments...

So my favourite division is ClawBox.
There, critics may explain the wonders of Ranked or how evil is ClawPOMB and CRP, I understand these arguments but don't share them.

And now, stats review from those games:

In my BBox games, I'm negative in everything but Touchdowns and Rushing.

Compared to my Ranked stats, negative again (diff of averages) but for fouls...almost double fouling in Box, so many players prone off late ;)

Still, win% close to stable at about 60%. Plenty of experiments keeping it at bay I supose :D

Most played races, Lizardsman 58 followed close by Underworld and Skaven with 51. Most games played against...well not difficult, Chaos. But I still see enought variety.

I'll finish it with a remark: experimental teams, negative cas, fouls and blocks average...and 60% win for an average coach in the Box.

Congrats I guess.

I don't know why people feel so strongly about telling everyone why they prefer B over R (or vice versa), but apparently we all do :p

Interesting that you win so much with the block stats you have.

Do you often mark players(give away blocks) to gain position, or some other theory for your success despite the negative block stats?

rated 6 because your stats look like mine all negative but TD and rush.

@licker: there is no "why" in this blog, just a statement of my prefferences. This blog is just about the landmark and curious stats.

@Overhamsteren: I did my Fumbbl learning playing Wood Elves, Dark Elves and Skaven. My WElves avoided contact, DElves made a bit more and Rats were suicidal...over 60% win for a n00b. Then I tried to learn Chaos and dropped badly.

On the BBox, races most played:
-Lizzardman, they block a lot, but I also give away plenty of free blocks on the skinks for tactical reason...it works great.
-Skaven, suicidal again, it works...mostly.
-Underworld, mix of suicide tactical use of gobbos with lack of strengt...works relly well.

Overal, yes I do give away blocks to outbalance/open opponents for the ballstealing blitz.
Nowadays playing Dwarfs a bit to learn new tricks...won't work, I still win on deffense, just with more players on the pitch.
