I've discovered another well founded (*sigh) theory, easy to export to most races. How to solve your problems with killers in four steps:
-Step one, get to team page.
-Step two, click on each player.
-Step three, click on edit bio.
-Step four, there is a nice box under player pick...set it to female.

See, no more mens, only wumens, like zons...problem solved! No more kill!

Note1: this solution may be difficult for some races, it's hard to tell male from female for most elves, dwarfs, BoN (urgh, female BoN nightmare), Skellies or very rotten Zombies. And beware, some Minos do not take too well when you check..the ones that do, frighten me more.
