Hi there sportsfan - this here is Gunnar Longtounge back with an easter special. This time DanaBlue Chasers are facing a somewhat hungover norse team called something lightning. The leather speedo clad norsemen have seen a rough start to the league and lost a wolf and a blitzer, so for this game they have hired a wizard. Gunnar recons that the huge wake held is the reason so few norse fans are on the stands - they must be scattered around town in speakeasies and what not. Anyways Chaser fans are outnumbering the norse by more than 2 to 1.

The norse team wins the coin toss after an evil glare to ref is sorted out to their advantage. They choose to receive the ball and we have a game on. The ball is kicked short to the right side of the pitch and will you just look at that - the teams have not even started the game and they are rioting. From what Gunnar was able to hear it has something to do with pouring a drink into someones mother - ehh not in the mouth - Gunnar will let this one slide. Matter of fact is that the ref lets the clock run and will you just look at that.

A fireball comes hurling down over the skaven gutterrunners, but it has little effect. By Gunnar that felt a bit like a premature blastoff. Snaps and wizards just dont go well together. On LOS yethii Ratatoskr roars in mighty rage. The norse manage to pick up the ball. They advance slowly up the left side but just look at that defence - impressive is the word. Its clear to all that Coach Brio have read Gunnars book on strong D - very clear. Tallegio - hero blitzer for the Chasers takes down the ball carrier all by him self - marvelous play. Noooo Stilton fails to get away with the ball, he had to push to get away but triped. Ball is once again on the ground.

Danish Fynbo gets KO´ed - Gunnar thinks he got hit by a beermug. The Norse takes the ball and a mighty roar is heard from Ratatoskr. Oh no Cheddar is out BH, the ref was obviouly to distracted by the roaring to see that low down dirty no good illegal block in the back. Havarti is also KO´ed - this ignorance from the ref might very well be the chance the norse team has been waiting for. BUt what is this, this is unbelievable, Brillat Savarin dodges away from roaring Ratatoskr and blitzes the carrier and Heimdall is out BH. What a way to come back into the match and the ball bounces into the hands of Gorgonzola. Super play from the Chasers and unlike other teams that BH was caused by a clean hit to the jaw, no tricks to that one.

Gorgonzola gets hit on the knee and drops the ball. Freyr takes the ball and runs towards the endzone. It does indeed look like he has a clear run to a TD. Fourme D´Ambert manage to dodge in and out of the norse to reach Freyr and by Gunnar that is Philadelphia (former journeyman) dodging away from roaring Ratatoskr to blitz Freyr. And Freyr is down stunned - only hire the best of the journeymen that is what Gunnar says. The norse covers the ball the best they can. But Roquefort takes matters into his own hands and dodges along the sideline to snatch the ball up right next to a norse dude. He continues to dodge away and goes for it all he can and then he makes a pass to Stilton - Stilton have managed to sneak all the way to the other side of the pitch.

Frigg takes down Stilton - by Gunnar the norse might be able to read Gunnars book on how to improvise during a match! Roaring Ratatoskr roars again. The norse sets up a longpass to the endzone - this is spectacular stuff - the pass is accurate, the bullit is in the air - nooooo the buffoon does not keep his eyes on the ball and he drops it in the endzone. Chasers can not get to the ball before the whistle ends the half. 0-0 at halftime - Gunnar will return with more action after this from our sposors.

Welcome back to second half it is 9 Chasers against 10 angry norsemen and of course this is Gunnar Longtounge, hero in your dreams. The Chasers run the ball up the right side but will you just look at the unjust done to Gorgonzola as he tries to dodge away. Poor rat i out BH and the ref saw nothing as roaring Ratatoskr was blocking the view. The ball is on the ground - a daring dodge to blitz paid of for the norse and now the ball is bouncing around like crazy. The Chasers manage to block raoring Ratatoskr to the ground and take the ball, its Fourme D´Ambert. He is going for the endzone NOOOOOOOOOO he trips and stuns himself. The evil norse have set up traps and he did not see it.

The norse also falls in their own traps trying to get to the ball - this might as well be a chaos game at the moment. Players from both sides are lying on the pitch. what will this come down to? It comes down to a hero play by Roquefort, he dodges not once, nor twice but trice to get the ball and run in a most spectacular TD.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL!
The Chasers have done it again, against all odds - against a norse team led by a roaring gigantic yhetii - it is most impressive.

Will you just listen to all them rat fans cheering the Chasers on as they kick the ball. Its 9 heroes vs 10 norsemen. The ball is kicked to the middle. The norse fails to pick up the ball and in comes hero Roquefort and he gets the ball but the norse trips him. The ball is back on Norse hands and Havarti gets KO´ed - this is not looking good for the Chasers. And a huge misstake from Philadephia lets the norse run up the right side with the ball.

Unbelievable Fourme D´Ambert manage to dodge away from 4 norsemen to blitz the ball carrier and he is down, the ball is loose, but this sacrifices Roquefort and he is pushed into the crowd. Soon after Fourme D´Ambert is KO´ed - this could very well end bad for the Chasers. But the norse fluff the pick up. In comes Tallegio to sent Frigg out BH - is this the impossible defence unfolding before you? YEEES yes yes, Stilton manage to take the ball and throw it to the other side of the pitch. Emmentaler gets KO´ed, fatigue could be setting in here.

Vanir goes for the ball but just as he reaches for the ball he trips and that was a most unlucky fall as he KO´s himself. The ref takes a look at the clock, there is still a little time left. Roaring Ratatoskr goes for the ball and he tries to throw a long bomb - it is almost accurate - is this a yhetii??? And this was it the game is over - DanaBlue Chasers triumf again - things are looking very good for them, with a fine price and no serios injuries from this game.
