What i dont get is how jesus is born on he same each year but dies on a different day as long as it's a friday. Also, I've gone one better. Sometimes after going out on a friday i've not risen until tuesday

Technically no bone was broken in the crucifixion -- normally the Romans would break both legs to speed up the death (by suffocation, ie so the condemned couldn't lift themselves up on the foot-nail to draw breath), but Jesus gave up his spirit midway through. Though I suppose if the second game from now occurs on the third day, the MNG is appropriate. hehe :)

Well I for one am glad that Jesus said "everyone eat chocolate, have a few extra days off to play a bit more Blood Bowl than you would normally". That guy is the best not even my wife can argue with an instruction from God to play Fumbll!

Jesus died during the Jewish holiday of Passover. He was the sacrificial lamb of God in accordance with the prophecy. Therefore Easter occurs during Passover.

Passover happened before the Gregorian solar calendar so it's based on vernal equinox and "ecclesiastical moons".
