Which was played in a league over in BB2, so no replay, but just wanted to comment for myself so I can write it up later.

My 1350ish Chaos vs. some 1800ish Rats with 4x blodge and stuff gutters and a claw/MB SV along with a guard/SF Rat Ogre. I don't know the coach, but his record is reasonable for this league, and his roster is built 'properly', though 2x ag4 throwers might be bloaty I guess :)

I took a wizard, 2 bribes and a babe.

So...

I get blown off the pitch basically, he's KOing and injuring my guys at a good clip, and I'm just scoring the odd KO here and there. 3 fouls, 2 bribes gone, only one removal (BH a linerat). The attrition went heavily against me, I have a 12 man roster, he has 13.

But...

I cannot fail a dodge (use some rerolls) and I cannot fail a gfi (used no rerolls), so I am able to cheese two TDs on him (though his positioning in both cases could have been better, still, nothing came easy).

He in the meantime, scored in 3 turns for no good reason to start the game, then played for the draw with 5 turns in the 2nd half and up 2 players. Of course he managed to catch snakes on the last couple turns to keep him from tying it up (or even trying to tie it up).

But the kicker was, at the end of the match, he blamed my BLOCK DICE for being too strong, and made a whine about 'stupid chaos'. So, like yeah, I fully admit, my guys elfed it when they needed to, those scores were low % plays. But my block dice were no better than average. I was more lucky than he was overall, just, not in the blocking game (I have 2MB players and neither even has block!). Oh, did I mention that on the 1st two kick offs I got 2 rocks and the 2nd one drew my apo?

Meanwhile (from oneandskulls)...

We both threw 44 blocks (including 1ds).

He broke armor on 22 (24 breaks if you count the rocks) of his blocks, I broke armor on 15.

It was just the bizzaro game where the rats took it to AV8/9, but couldn't seem to manage to score or steal the ball, while the chaos flailed around with their blocks, but elfed out of stuck positions to pick up 2 scores.

I went 12 for 12 on gfis and he went 4 for 6.

I failed 4 of 10 dodges, though one of them was just a 'get away from the RO dodge' which I didn't care so much if I made it or not but the other 3 were saved by rerolls.
