could do with wording differently 1 point per state decay caused by injury e.g smashed hip -1 MA

Disallowing apo does make regen races quite a lot better.

perhaps you'd do better to just join an already running league. you don't need to have your own league you know, plus it seems like there really isn't any substance or point for your league to exist anyway, just my 2c

Fair points, i ran a league a few years back that worked very well, will spend some more time planning the rules then relaunch
