Local league advice
Hi guys,

Hope everyone is well, my local gaming club will be starting the blood bowl season in feb and me and a few others will be running it. In the past we have done new teams each season but this year we will allow players to build a team over multiple years.

My first question is what team is going to be good in this situation I have the following:
Human
Orc
Goblin
Dwarves
Chaos
Lizardmen
Nurgle
Undead
Elven union

Second question is, how are people finding the rostered star players?

I guess my most crucial questions would be, "What team(s) do you enjoy playing?" and "Do you permit adult beverages to be consumed by coaches during the playing of games?"
I can't comment on your second question, 'cause we don't roster star players in our local league.

I like playing a bit of everything, but looking for a team that can do well over 20-60 games.

Beer is also a big part of it

You could pick any of them and do well over that amount of matches, so important to pick a race you'll enjoy. I would suggest Chaos - will be a hard start with no skills, but with their robust stat lines and skill access you can build them almost any way you like!

Undead and Orcs are very solid choices that are good out of the gate but you can build really well for many seasons to come.
