Becoming real
So improving myself and becoming a CR star (löl), and reaching a 2nd round in the FUMBBL Cup (and losing to some evil Chaosdwarfs)
I decided to analyse what works best and best works not Khemri but Goblins.
When I went (for fun) to the local GW shop in Vienna and asked about miniatures the guy there expresses to me how bad and expensive the game Bloodbowl would be and I should rather try some Sigmarcrap. I sawed him.
So instead now an old friend offered me these miniatures
Next week I will hold these little Gobbos in my arms!
and I plan to use those as a basis for building my first real life Goblin Blood Bowl team!
As you can see I will have to make loads of modifications, otherwise I would need too many bribes.
Also I hope to replace the dwarf head in the Troll's arms with a Goblin.
Any protips regarding ways of sawing off miniature arms and what kind of glue works best etc?
Also what colours do you swear on?
I will also need more miniatures..
Ball & Chain Goblins seem to exist many miniatures. But I think most important one will be to get (or better make) a CRAZY sawguy.
If I ever progress with this I will post beautiful pictures.

You can pick up the 4th edition warhammer goblins for literally pennies. Last time I looked the average goblin was worth around 10p.

If you're chopping up metal miniatures or big pieces of plastic, your easiest tool is a pair of clippers with one flat side and one bevelled. GW make these: http://www.games-workshop.com/en-WW/Citadel-Fine-Detail-Cutters but you can get the same sort of thing a lot cheaper elsewhere.
The only problem is that if you want to use both of the parts you're cutting apart, the part on the sloped side of the clippers will get distorted and squashed. If you want to be totally accurate and not ruin either piece, a razor saw is better.
For small pieces, or for cleaning up bigger bits, a scalpel/hobby knife/artist's blade is useful. It will also remove mould lines, which makes paint jobs look much better.
For gluing, unless you're making something big, superglue (cyanoacrylate) is best, unless you're gluing plastic to plastic, in which case plastic cement is better. If you are gluing heavy or fragile joints, pinning will strengthen the joint, and to do that you'd need a pin vice and some suitable wire (paperclips are a common source, especially if you can "borrow" them from your workplace or have them lying around at home already).

If you're cutting through thick parts especially when it comes to metal, a hobby saw and a vice will save you some blood. Unlike the clipper advice above, this results in a really clean cut.
