An Open Invitation - Test of Interest
My last blog post already established that the FFB Test Division is the best on Fumbbl. However now we need to look at getting a bunch of games happening at the same time as requested by our resident Fumbbl gods.
I am proposing a binge of FFB Test games on Sunday 16/11/14 between server time 20:00 and 01:00. This time slot is scientifically proven to suit me best - so if it suits you as well let me know by commenting below. If you also indicate whether you can play at anytime during the proposed time slot, or can only play once at a specific time that will be useful. I'll collect all names and then PM those participating with pairings, game names, and start times which should hopefully allow us to maximise the number of games being played at the same time.
If you've not tried a FFB Test game yet, this is a great opportunity to do so. Make a new team, reply to this blog. Simple stuff. Fun is guaranteed!
Finally, if this time slot doesn't suit. Feel free to advertise and create a similar event at a time slot that works for you - I already stole the idea once - you might as well grab it and run with it as well!

Damn, I have a commitment from 20:00 to 01:00 Sunday. :( But I'll try to play a couple more test games between now and then.

No worries JR, this was never going to suit everyone - and there's nothing to stop us having another crack at a multi game stress test at a later date. Might turn out that there are plenty that are interested but can't make this first nominated time slot.

Noted Cavetroll & monk12. We could try a slightly less euro centric time slot on Wednesday, which might fit better for our North American brethren. Although I'm pretty sure if you check your bibles you'll see that on the 7th day he played bloodbowl with Adam while Eve rolled her eyes.

Can't you create a Group for Test Teams to join and we all just play in a big Open Round Robin?

Nice idea. Looks like we can set up a group - but an Open Round Robin doesn't necessarily get the games being played at the same time. Would still be useful for group communication purposes.
And some might want to play a short tourney in the evening - kinda like an instant smack if I understand what they are.
