Norscan Survivalists League is starting up their third season, but it seems that we're missing a few coaches. If you get irrationally and emotionally attached to your team, and never want to fire a player, if you want get away from the minmaxing grind of other leagues, or if you just want to have fun, then this is the league for you.

The basic: The NSL is a 24 race league, with 10-day rounds, for the European time zone.

The schtick: You get assigned a random race (among available races), and you are tasked with coaching the team and playing them both through thick and thin. You are not allowed to retire players. Fluff is highly encouraged.

We're looking for (mature?) coaches willing to and able to play at least once every 10 days (10 day rounds). Since you are not allowed to retire players, you should be aware that your team will look more gritty and amazing the longer you play. Who wouldn't want to have a crippled legend player with a long glorious history of stomping dwarf heads and breaking elf legs?
