Wow, best minis I've seen in ages. Both the Necros and Ogres are excellent
EUR 75 is out of my reach though

Works out as £56.17 via Paypal if that helps anyone.

The Zons would have been great with less balls and no pets.

zons are great. Necro team is almost as nice as the Willy miniatures team. 100 euros plus shipping is the cost of a new 16 player resin or metal team from a top studio these days. Old GW teams on ebay rarely sell for less too.

I know I live in the past - last time I bought miniatures was in 2000'ish :)

Vey nice models, actually some original details on many of them too. Wedding next year though, I think the missus would kill me if I started spending the savings on miniatures :D

I was really tempted with the High Elves until I saw the blitzers - those dragon horns are ridiculous. It was the same with their Lizardman campaign where they looked like cobras - awesome minis but I noticed the sauruses had bones sticking out of their back instead of tails. Spoiled the whole team :(
That being said, the RN Estudio guys are awesome and they do sell some lovely models. I've bought a lot off them in the last year.

I find that anything you don't like, you can use one of those scalpel / file thingys to alter to taste :)
I ordered the High Elves... yummy...
Bought the Willy Miniatures Necro team recently otherwise would have gone for this one.

The female Ogres are amazing!

Impressive High Elf team. Though may be tricky to distinguish positionals easily. That is the main advantage of GW miniatures over many other ranges, positions are clear.

I just painted a GW 5th ed. Pro Elf team - their blitzers are very similar to some linemen. Just like their Amazon range actually. I have just painted the bases in different colours.

Would quite happily have thrown money at the Dead and 'Zons double pack but sadly they've sold out. Probably for the best, as I'm still stuck painting my Orc team, as well as a backlog of Necromunda minis!

Are those rubenesque women Ogres and Snots? If so I might be interested in an Ogre team soonish.

Roland (and any other Iron Maiden fanboy) will like Titankmön. Eddy much?
Posted by howlinggriffon on 2015-07-10 10:28:43
Rafael is a big Iron Maiden fan - I don't think the Eddie similarity is a coincidence :) I have suggested to him having an Eddie as an Undead thrower model using the pose from Killers but with a football rather than an axe. Will be good if he makes it one day.

Hmm, somehow I am the proud owner of the Etherals team now. Just not sure what to make of what looks like 2 golems and 2 mummys and no ghouls (except several zombies looks ghoulish)
Posted by WolfyDan on 2015-07-10 19:23:22
I think it is so that you can make either an Undead or a Necro team by swapping the mummies for golems and the werewolves for extra ghouls. I think that there are 4 ghouls right at the top, but weirdly it seems like 2 pairs, 1 set feral and the other set muzzled.

Aye, by closer inspection I think you're right.
Just wonders if there's enough zombies for a standard tournament build
Posted by garyt1 on 2015-07-11 05:32:00
8 zombies is plenty. Ah a pity that team is sold out already, I was considering it. The normal 120 euro price is rather high but 75 euros seems ok. The other teams are great models but not so desirable teams to use.

You can still get them for 80 though?
