If your team is scheduled against another, there is a small clock icon below it on the line that shows the opponent.
Clicking on that will bring you to the page where you can suggest match times. Once both coaches have accepted the time, it will show up on their coach pages and on the tournament's Upcoming matches page.

Press the small clock next to the Scheduled message.
