Lovely paint job. I use the Army Painter Matt Varnish Spray. I like to spray a thin fine coat, let it dry and then give it another fine spray.
Be careful when spraying not to get too much on the mini because sometimes it can dry leaving a cloudy film. Try it on a test mini first.

Gorgeous looking team, love the Sarcos models and don't think I've seen a badly painted team of them yet.
I'd echo what others have said about the Army Painter Matt Spray. What I do usually is give them a blast of gloss or satin varnish for protection, then use the Army Painter or Testors Dullcote (Also great stuff) to dull the shine down. Best of both worlds.

I know this is going to sound nuts but hairspray works well. Test it on a mini you don't care about first :)

Very nice.
Use a hard shiney coat 1st covered by a non shiney one on top.
