Over 3000 games, 7 years, 2 Major titles and a load of others, then one bad result in a Minor and you quit in 6 words without giving an explanation? If that's the extent of your sportsmanship I'm sorry to say FUMBBL is probably better off without you. Maybe you just need to take a break, but I do actually find your post slightly offensive. I lost the FUMBBL Cup Final on a coin toss, so for you with all you have achieved to leave with such poor grace after one bad result (the Semi of an Orc XFL your team has already won 3 times, good grief!) - I find it utterly pathetic. Sorry but it really is.

Remember it's a GAME, and one where luck can sometimes decide it rather than skill. If you've been playing too much then take a break and return when you can appreciate and enjoy the GAME again. Or if you can't take the luck in it try chess.

Well that's the stupid irony of such matchups almic85 - anisdrin has proven himself quite capable of going toe to toe with anyone, any time, and walking away with the win. Would you really expect such a capable coach to be bent out of shape about the matchup to such a degree? anisdrin needs to find his Gibraltar sized balls again.

I'm confused. Are you quitting or not? Since writing this you have logged in again (a few times is my guess). Are you..

a) quitting immediately?
b) quitting immediately but logging back in to see the responses to your blog out of curiosity?
c) quitting for a while and coming back?
d) not really quitting but wanted to voice your distain at something but keep it really cryptic?

I've watched your games so many times and I think you are one of the best coaches I have ever seen. However, you really don't take bad luck very well and I'm guessing that's what this is about. You would probably receive more sympathy if you explained the situation.

Anyway, hope it resolves for you. Would be a shame to lose a good coach over luck in a dice game that is fantasy creatures running around a field killing and maiming each other whilst chasing a pig skin around. Stomping each other on the head hoping not to be spotted by a goblin referee. On and don't forget there are wizards also.

I think it was nuffle punishing him for not entering into the CR - 165 Qualifier and trying to pick an easy one.
