WHERE can I buy some miniatures OTHER THEN Games Workshop?
I plan on buying some of the new GW Mini's... actually a FORTUNES WORTH of them.
I really like the mini's of the Ogre Team, Undead Team, Black Orc Team, Nurgle's Rotters Team and Necromantic Team.
Even thinking about buying ALL 3 of the New ELF Teams.
Might even buy Halflings or other teams idk.
But I'd like to shop around. Find some other options.
Maybe work them into my rosters and paint them alongside some GW mini's.
Where would you go? What sites would you buy from?
Plus when I FIND THEM... I have a few OOP Teams I would be willing to SELL.
I have a DE Team I might sell, an Undead Team I will sell... a few others I can't even remember.
All of them are GW and most are MINT IN BOX and some are looses and in varying conditions.
If you are looking for something in particular ASK.
I might have it and I might part with it.

For my own teams, I tend to watch Kickstarter and get a lot of non-GW teams.
For the GW teams, my first option would be to purchase them from my Friendly Local Game Store/Shoppe (FLGS). (Fortunately, I have a good option local at which my kids spend a lot of their time playing various other games.)
Game shops are the one brick and mortar store I think actually add value, especially if they host games and/or provide space in which people can gather and play. (And our FLGS is very supportive of our local TT league.)

I too have several FLGS's in my City. Including a GW.
But none of them carry Blood Bowl for whatever reason.
And I like the PAINT them not BUILD and CONVERT them, unfortunately.
However... now that so many of GW's new models require some building I might look more favorably on Building and Converting miniatures that I like.

My favourite teams are all Greebo Games (chaos range, lizardmen, undead/necro etc). They've had a few misfires and the cutiemals aren't for everyone but generally the standard is great

I am an unabashed advocate for Pedro Ramos. He has sculpted for many third party manufacturers including:
Hungry Troll
Goblin Guild
Vortice
Willy Miniatures
Meiko (which I think was the house brand for Comixininos..?)
... and then he does his own - you can find him on the facebook where he is currently selling to his own fans. Those companies above have other models as well, but Pedro is the best.

Do they have BIG GUYS? They have CRAZY options of BIG GUYS.
I had been writing down where I found stuff I liked and how much they cost etc...
That way I could go back later after I had seen all of what is out there.
But OMG!!!
When I started looking at the BIG GUYS I just wrote down...
"SO MANY TROLLS"
"SO MANY MUMMIES"
"A few Centaurs"
"A few Mintaurs"
"SO MANY F&*&^(* OGRES. OH MY GOD!!! EVEN FEMALE OGRES"
It was to many too even TRY to list them really.
Plus they had a few Treemen, Kroxigors a Snow Troll and at least 1 Rat Ogre.
Anyone looking for a BIG GUY really ought to check them out.
In a way BIG GUYS is probably the main thing I am going to buy.
I tend to like having them on my teams.
Plus GW almost never has any for sell. Not really.
