BAH!!! AGING!!!
My players keep aging on the 2nd skill... the 3rd skill... the 4th skill... How do people build those UBER teams???

I can't get a damn thing going beyond the very basics. 2nd skills are a nightmare for my team development. 3rd skills are a miracle without aging. I still don't have a single player that has reached his 4th skill without aging.

And WHY can't I get some -AG or -MA or -AV types of aging? All I get is NIGGLING Injuries along with any key skill advancements I earn along the way.

As a curiosity, I started keeping book of my skill/aging rolls a while ago. It was nice to see that I'm pretty much on average on everything, excluding +ST and doubles (which I already knew didnt exist) of course =)

Stat decreases are rare (9-12 on aging result)
