Hi all,

Today I got some great news (at least from my perspective!). I have recently had a couple of operations to remove a cancer as well as test some nodes to check if it had spread. Today I got the results and, unbelievably, the apo roll was a success :) and I got the all clear. I have to do three monthly check ups but that isn't a big deal in comparison with the alternative.

So bloody happy right now... this brings me on to my pledge:

Original Pledge: I originally pledged that I would enter a chaos team into the Fumbbl Cup and thus prep a few and then be done with chaos in the black box until I have completed the grid. I ended up not entering chaos into the cup and going with necros so at this point felt technically relieved of my pledge but did not ready chaos up.

New pledge: Curse of the Holy Grail (my necro team) will donate 5 dollars per win in the fumbbl cup as well as 5 dollars regardless of first match result... aaaaand... I will continue with the original pledge of completing the rest of the grid. Kinda finally been feeling sick of chaos for now and have enjoyed the other races a lot of late.

I think I've always dabbled with a bit of everything before but it will be interesting to take some of these teams forward and build some fluff if I get the time. For some reason the humans have been quite appealing of late but then so have so many.

Weirdly I've activated my flings loads of late but have not been getting matches with them - but I guess this is better than drawing dorfs with them relentlessly :)
