I tried to turn the rating up to 11 but the system wouldn't allow it.

OMFG you rock so hard!
The splash image is awesome.
Any chance we can get that type of splash image with an injury? :D

Kalimar is the best. Thanks sir! \o/
@Synn: Good idea. I will work on some injury splash screens as well. I do still have to tweak a bunch of the kick-off results as some are quite generic for now.
Posted by Overhamsteren on 2012-07-27 15:51:36
Would be cool with specific screens for each injury, like broken leg and so forth, I am sure Synn can provide ample footage of mutilated limbs.

This is simply the greatest community on the internet and the level of contribution of many of its member puts my own involvement to shame.

What a great job!
For those outside of the loop on testing, Kalimar and the team are putting a consistent high level of effort into the client and all of our fun. Whilst I’m attached loosely, I’ve had nowhere near the time to put in all of the hours most of the heavy testers have. It’s truly impressive.
Big hats off to all of you for pushing to make the client the best it can be. Community effort like this is why FUMBBL is top dog.

Saw on recent Blog list: tempted to rate 1 just to mess up the perfect score.
Read Blog Post: Cried tears of joy, was obligated to rate it a 6.
Posted by JimmyFantastic on 2012-07-27 19:04:16
FANTASTIC!
Posted by The_Murker on 2012-07-27 20:09:50
Very cool. I wanna throw a bomb.
Posted by happygrue on 2012-07-27 20:19:01
Someone rated this other than 6? They should be sought out and stoned!

*bounces up and down in front of his computer, hands up in the air, cheering*
(Well, I probably would if that wouldn't wake the kids and thereby deny my the chance to play Blood Bowl... but still! Awesome! Genial!)

Awesome stuff
And as a tester (sadly have only done a little of testing) I have been able to follow the work behind the scene. The tester really also deserve a cheer as they really put effort into testing and trying to break what Kalimar and Co. put out of the client.
Great job!
Posted by Kalimar on 2012-07-27 22:17:15
Yep, definitely. A BIG hand for the testing crew \o/
Posted by Emeric on 2012-07-27 23:12:57
Wow. How do i rate seven or eight? That's absolutely awesome.
Posted by WhatBall on 2012-07-28 01:50:07
Forgot about Throw a Rock, then got it first kick-off. Awesome! It hit a Strig Lord right in the head and stunned him.
Posted by ClayInfinity on 2012-07-28 14:16:50
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
When will the testing phase end? When will be able to pass block and bomb again?
Posted by Vesikannu on 2012-07-29 17:26:42
Ahem. Pass Block can't be used against bombs.
Posted by WhatBall on 2012-07-29 20:42:48
Actually, Pass Block can be used against bombs. As the rules state, "All skills that may be used when a ball is thrown may be used when a bomb is thrown also."
Posted by Vesikannu on 2012-07-29 20:49:13
Yes, but Pass Block says "when the opposing coach announces that one of his players is going to pass the ball (but not a bomb)."

Posted by WhatBall on 2012-07-30 03:57:03
Ok, fair enough. Odd place to hide it. It should also be mentioned under Bomabardier where they state you can use all pass related skills. Poorly written rules...
Posted by WhatBall on 2012-07-30 18:45:38
The PB issue has been fixed. Thanks Vesikannu.
