It's the big show folks! This season brings us some fresh blood in the final showdown after many seasons featuring Green Ball Attackers and Warpston Oilers (formerly the Blitzburgh Seers). The big dance will feature theMinnesota High Kings versus the New York Wrecks.

The journey for both teams was nearly lossless as the High Kings finished the regular season 9-3-1 and the Wrecks at 7-5-1. Both built up a full head of steam and carved through the playoffs with the High Kings vanquishing their arch rival who handed them their only loss during regular season, Green Ball. The Wrecks were able to crush the opposition beneath them with the prowess of Broadway Joe pulling the team through a tricky spot in in the Divisional Round against the Denvork Bronkorks and then waltzing through the AFC Championship game.

Given the team values and the truly amazing talent on both sides and relative health of both teams I expect and hope it to be a real nail biter that potentially goes to OT.

Game time is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 6/13 at 0300 BB time, 9 PM Eastern.

FWIW, I'm rooting for the High Kings because they're my High Elf brothers and as much as I love Broadway Joe and his heroics, blood comes first.
